Approved a multi-year license agreement with the Association Show Client for Beanfield Centre, as set out in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (November 20, 2023) from the Chief Executive Officer, Exhibition Place, for a 2-year term commencing in 2025 and expiring in 2026 on the terms and conditions of the standard Licence Agreement, and such other terms and conditions satisfactory to the Chief Executive Officer and the City Solicitor.
