The Etobicoke York Community Council: 1. Authorized the installation of traffic calming (speed humps) on Richardson Avenue, between Beechborough Avenue and Lonborough Avenue, despite poll results that did not satisfy the polling criteria for the installation of speed humps pursuant to the City's Traffic Calming Policy. 2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway to install two speed humps on Richardson Avenue, between Beechborough Avenue and Lonborough Avenue, generally as shown on Attachment 1, dated August 2022, attached to the report (March 16, 2023) from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.

3. Amended the existing speed limit from 40 km/h to 30 km/h on Richardson Avenue, between Strathnairn Avenue and Eglinton Avenue West.
