Requested the Director, Operations and Maintenance, Transportation Services provide a communication on timelines to the members of the Etobicoke York Community Council that can be shared with the public.

Following the recent 2022-23 winter season, there has been concerns over snow plough damage to property and sod along sidewalks and other landscape features within the public road right of way. The purpose of this report is to respond to the April 3, 2023 Etobicoke York Community Council's direction for an update concerning the extent of damage, the plan to make repairs, an overview of the responsibilities of the City, the snow clearing contractor, and of residents, and on progress toward making repairs this spring.
