This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is requesting approval to install stop control for northbound traffic at the intersection of Hickory Tree Road and Wilby Crescent. Based on the Zoning By-law Amendment Application for the redevelopment of a site at 10 Wilby Crescent to a 22-storey, 233 unit apartment building, an assessment was undertaken and it was determined that the installation of stop control for northbound traffic is recommended in association with the development of a new roadway.

The Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council authorize the installation of 30 km/h speed limit on Hickory Tree Road, between Wilby Crescent and the southerly limit of Wilby Crescent.
