At its meeting held on March 2, 2023, the Toronto Police Services Board was in receipt of a report from Chief James Ramer with regard to the 2022 Annual Report - Parking Enforcement Unit - Parking Violation Notices Issuance. The Board approved the Chief's report and agreed that a copy be forwarded to the City of Toronto - General Government Committee, to be considered in conjunction with the City of Toronto Administrative Penalty System - 2022 Activity Report. A copy of Board Minute P2023-0302-16.0 regarding this matter is attached.

The Toronto Police Services Board recommends that: 1. The General Government Committee consider the report from the Chief, Toronto Police Service in conjunction with the City of Toronto Administrative Penalty System - 2022 Annual Report.
