City Council appoint Nick Samonas as Deputy Chief Building Official for the City of Toronto, with all the powers and duties of the Chief Building Official within the district of the City of Toronto assigned by the Chief Building Official and Executive Director, Toronto Building. 2. City Council revoke the appointment of Bill Stamatopoulos as Deputy Chief Building Official for the City of Toronto effective immediately.
