The following curriculum vitae summary for Stephen Littlejohn is now public: STEPHEN LITTLEJOHN Since 2010, Stephen Littlejohn has been the Inquiries and Investigations Counsel for the Toronto Lobbyist Registrar's Office. Through his work in the Toronto Lobbyist Registrar's Office, Mr. Littlejohn advised the Lobbyist Registrar, registry staff, public office holders, lobbyists, and members of the public on the interpretation and application of Toronto's Lobbying By-law. He led the Inquiries and Investigations unit which is responsible for conducting investigations into contraventions of the Lobbying By-law and acted as counsel for the office in these matters. He also served as the Interim Lobbyist Registrar for several months in 2016. For almost a decade, from 2001 to 2010, he was a Senior Consultant at the City of Toronto's Employee and Labour Relations unit, where he consulted and advised City divisions regarding employee and labour relations matters, and conducted investigations, hearings, mediations and arbitrations. As a Senior Consultant in Human Rights, Mr. Littlejohn developed expertise in human rights issues including resolving discrimination and harassment complaints through investigations, mediations, negotiations, and conciliation, and provided advice and consultation on the City's Human Rights and Harassment Policy to Council, senior staff and key stakeholders. Mr. Littlejohn is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and was called to the bar in 2000. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association's Administrative Law Section, Law of Lobbying and Ethics Committee. He is also a member of the Lobbyist Registrars and Commissioners Network, a network of federal, provincial and municipal lobbyist registrars and commissioners.
