Selected the following candidates for interview at its next meeting on June 2, 2023 for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board: THY2-306 THY2-321 THY2-406 THY2-412 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1, 2 and 3 to the report (May 3, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board.

The Nominating Panel - Corporations must select candidates for interviews to fill a vacancy on the Toronto Hydro Board. Following the interviews, the Nominating Panel - Corporations will recommend one candidate for appointment to City Council.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Corporations select four of the candidates listed in Table 1 in Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board. 2. The Nominating Panel - Corporations direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1-3 remain confidential in its entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board.
