Appointment of Public Members to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors
The Nominating Panel - Corporations will conduct interviews and recommend seven public members to City Council for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors. One of the seven public members or one of the three tenant directors will be recommended for appointment as Chair.
The Nominating Panel - Corporations recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending June 16, 2025, and until successors are appointed: John Campbell Joe Cressy, as Chair Debbie Douglas Adele Imrie Nick Macrae Naram Mansour Brian F C Smith 2. City Council appoint the following three candidates to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors, as tenant directors, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending June 16, 2025, continuing to serve until successors are appointed: Marcel Francis Charlebois Ubah Farah Lakeisha Ziva Ferreira 3. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 4 to the report (May 2, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors. 4. City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the supplementary report (May 2, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Corporations recommend seven public members to City Council for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending June 16, 2025, and until successors are appointed. 2. The Nominating Panel - Corporations recommend to City Council the appointment of Chair of the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board from among the recommended candidates for public member and tenant director. 3. City Council direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1-4 remain confidential in its entirety as it relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors.

Selection of Candidates for Interview for the Toronto Hydro Board
The Nominating Panel - Corporations must select candidates for interviews to fill a vacancy on the Toronto Hydro Board. Following the interviews, the Nominating Panel - Corporations will recommend one candidate for appointment to City Council.
The Nominating Panel - Corporations: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview at its next meeting on June 2, 2023 for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board: THY2-306 THY2-321 THY2-406 THY2-412 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1, 2 and 3 to the report (May 3, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Corporations select four of the candidates listed in Table 1 in Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board. 2. The Nominating Panel - Corporations direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1-3 remain confidential in its entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board.

Selection of Candidates for Interview for the Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation Board
The Nominating Panel - Corporations must select candidates to interview for appointment to the Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation Board. Following the interviews, the Nominating Panel - Corporations will recommend candidates to City Council for appointment.
That the Nominating Panel - Corporations recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Seniors Housing Corporation Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending July 22, 2025, continuing to serve until successors are appointed: Fareed Amin, as Chair Linda Jackson Brenda Parris Warren Law 2. City Council waive Section 2.6 of the Public Appointments Policy concerning restrictions on multiple appointments and appoint Lawrence D'Souza to the Seniors Housing Corporation Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending July 22, 2025, continuing to serve until a successor is appointed. 3. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (May 3, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation Board of Directors.
