Previously, she was Chief Risk and Audit Executive at Ontario Power Generation, Vice President Enterprise Risk Management at D+H (now Finastra), and senior consultant at various global consultancies. Liane holds the CFA designation and is a graduate from the University of Alberta, holding a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science degrees.
