This report recommends the appointment of a public member to the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) Consultative Committee.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint Robert Penyk to the Greater Toronto Airports Authority Consultative Committee, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending April 19, 2028, and until a successor is appointed. 2. City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (March 21, 2024) from the City Clerk in its entirety remain confidential as they relate to personal information about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Greater Toronto Airports Authority Consultative Committee.

City Council appoint the candidate listed in Confidential Attachment 1 to the Greater Toronto Airports Authority Consultative Committee, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending April 19, 2028, and until a successor is appointed. 2. The Civic Appointments Committee will conduct interviews and recommend one public member to City Council for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission Board.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint Liane Kim to the Toronto Transit Commission Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on June 16, 2027, and until a successor is appointed. 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 4 to the report (March 20, 2024) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission Board.

City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 4 to the report (March 25, 2024) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Public Library Board.

The Civic Appointments Committee will select candidates to be interviewed for appointment to the Toronto Investment Board. The Civic Appointments Committee will conduct interviews at its next meeting and recommend three candidates to City Council for appointment.
The Civic Appointments Committee: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Investment Board: INB2-273; INB2-274; INB2-300; INB2-301; INB2-333; INB2-340; INB2-357; INB2-359; INB2-365; and INB2-370. 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (April 3, 2024) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Investment Board. 3. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the supplementary report (April 10, 2024) from the City Clerk remains confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Investment Board.
