Approved the execution of a one-year agreement with Festival Management Corporation ("FMC") for the King & Queen Showcase, Pan-Alive, Friday Night MAS, and the Grand Parade for 2024, on the terms and conditions of the standard license agreement for Exhibition Place outlined in the report (May 22, 2024) from the Chief Executive Officer, Exhibition Place, and such other terms satisfactory to the Chief Executive Officer of Exhibition Place and the City Solicitor.
