City Council on July 24 and 25, 2024, adopted the following: 1. City Council amend City of Toronto Zoning By-law 569-2013 for the lands at 37 Shorncliffe Road substantially-in-accordance with the draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached as Attachment 5 to the report (June 24, 2024) from the Director, Community Planning, Etobicoke York District. 2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the draft Zoning By-law Amendment as may be required.

This application proposes a Zoning By-law Amendment to redevelop the site at 37 Shorncliffe Road with a five-storey self-storage warehouse building as well as three one-storey buildings divided into 28 industrial and office condominium units. The proposed development is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement (2020) and conforms with A Place to Grow: Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe (2020). The proposed development also conforms with the general intent of the City's Official Plan and is consistent with the City's guidelines.
