On the agenda
As the city filed it
This report reviews and recommends refusal of the application to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit a 38-storey mixed-use building containing 382 dwelling units at 1175-1181 Weston Road. The proposal does not have appropriate and supportable zoning standards, including setbacks, tower stepbacks and resulting separation distances from neighbouring properties for the planned context of the block and the Mount Dennis area.
