The Etobicoke York Community Council: 1. Amended the existing school bus loading zone in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the south side of Dennis Avenue, between a point 148 metres east of Guestville Avenue and a point 31 metres further east, to be in effect between a point 124 metres east of Guestville Avenue and a point 39 metres further east.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is requesting approval to amend the existing parking regulations on Dennis Avenue, based on Site Plan Control Application Number 19 208055 WET 05 SA for the redevelopment of the Dennis Avenue Community School site at 17 Dennis Avenue. It was determined that with the creation of a new lay-by, the existing school bus loading zone be amended.

The Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council amend the existing school bus loading zone in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the south side of Dennis Avenue, between a point 148 metres east of Guestville Avenue and a point 31 metres further east, to be in effect between a point 124 metres east of Guestville Avenue and a point 39 metres further east.
