Etobicoke York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Business Improvement Areas that fall within its geographic boundaries. The purpose of this report is to make changes to the Mount Dennis Business Improvement Area Board of Management in accordance with the requirement of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas.
