Deleted its decision on Item EY14.7 and adopted the following: 1. The Etobicoke York Community Council granted the application for a fence exemption permit (with or without conditions) to the property owner of 94 Cowley Avenue, thereby allowing the installation of a vinyl fence on the north and east sides of the rear yard.

The Etobicoke York Community Council re-open Item EY14.7, titled "94 Cowley Avenue - Request for a Fence Exemption to the Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 447". 2. The Etobicoke York Community Council delete its decision on Item EY14.7 and adopt the following: Grant the application for a fence exemption permit (with or without conditions) to the property owner of 94 Cowley Avenue, thereby allowing the installation of a vinyl fence on the north and east sides of the rear yard.
