City Council increase Toronto Public Health's 2024 Operating Budget in the amount of $900,000 gross, $0 net, for the purpose outlined in Confidential Attachment 1 to Motion MM16.44, conditional on the receipt of funding from another order of government. 2. City Council authorize the public release of Confidential Attachment 1 to Motion MM16.44 at the discretion of the Medical Officer of Health.

Confidential Attachment 1 to Motion MM16.44 remains confidential at this time, in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it contains information explicitly supplied in confidence to the City or local board by Canada, a province or territory or a Crown agency of any of them.
