In accordance with Board of Directors of CreateTO Procedure By-law, the Board determines the place in Toronto, day and hour of its regular meetings and the schedule of those meetings shall be publicly available by the first meeting of the Board in each calendar year. City Council on July 24 and 25, 2024, approved the 2025 schedule of meetings for City Council and its Committees. The schedule of meetings for the Board of Directors of CreateTO has been developed to avoid dates, whenever possible, that conflict with the approved City Council schedule; and to avoid days of cultural or religious significance.

The following meetings of the Board of Directors of CreateTO have been scheduled for 2025: Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Friday, June 20, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Monday, July 21, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. All meetings are to be held by video conference.
