Second Quarter Financial Results
For the six months ending June 30, 2024, CreateTO's gross expenditures are $0.68 million favorable compared to the budget. Annual expenditures are expected to be in line with the approved budget of $18.46 million gross, and $0 net.

2444 Eglinton Avenue East - Zoning Amendment - Decision Report -Approval
City Council on June 26 and 27, 2024, adopted Item PH13.3 as amended and, in so doing, has requested the Board of Directors of CreateTO to direct the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO, in consultation with the President, Toronto Parking Authority, to work with the developer partners for the 2444 Eglinton Avenue East Housing Now site to undertake an analysis to explore feasible options to maximize the amount of public parking that could be made available either on site or within the surrounding area to offset the loss of the existing commuter parking lot due to this development.
The Board of Directors of CreateTO: 1. Directed the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO, in consultation with the President, Toronto Parking Authority, to work with the developer partners for the 2444 Eglinton Avenue East Housing Now site to undertake an analysis to explore feasible options to maximize the amount of public parking that could be made available either on site or within the surrounding area to offset the loss of the existing commuter parking lot due to this development.

2025 Schedule of CreateTO Meetings
In accordance with Board of Directors of CreateTO Procedure By-law, the Board determines the place in Toronto, day and hour of its regular meetings and the schedule of those meetings shall be publicly available by the first meeting of the Board in each calendar year. City Council on July 24 and 25, 2024, approved the 2025 schedule of meetings for City Council and its Committees. The schedule of meetings for the Board of Directors of CreateTO has been developed to avoid dates, whenever possible, that conflict with the approved City Council schedule; and to avoid days of cultural or religious significance. The following meetings of the Board of Directors of CreateTO have been scheduled for 2025: Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Friday, June 20, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Monday, July 21, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. All meetings are to be held by video conference.
