The purpose of this report is to seek Board approval of a bargaining mandate of the collective bargaining agreement with IATSE Local 822, which represents wardrobe, wigs, hair and make-up employees at Meridian Hall.

The President and Chief Executive recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Approve the bargaining mandate with IATSE Local 822 at Meridian Hall, as detailed in Confidential Attachment 1. 2. Direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains labour relations information or employee negotiations.
