The purpose of this report is to provide detailed information on the 2025 Budget and Plan to the Human Resources and Stakeholder Relations Committee.

Staff recommendation as filed
The President and Chief Executive Officer recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Direct that Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety because it contains financial information supplied in confidence to the Board of Directors of TO Live which if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.

Bargaining Mandate with IATSE Local 822 at Meridian Hall
The purpose of this report is to seek Board approval of a bargaining mandate of the collective bargaining agreement with IATSE Local 822, which represents wardrobe, wigs, hair and make-up employees at Meridian Hall.

The President and Chief Executive recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Approve the bargaining mandate with IATSE Local 822 at Meridian Hall, as detailed in Confidential Attachment 1. 2. Direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains labour relations information or employee negotiations.
