The Subject Premises is designated as an E Sign District, which permits third party electronic ground signs. The Proposed Sign will be located at the northwest corner of the Subject Premises and will have face orientation(s) to the north and south, is described further in Attachment 1 to this report. The Proposed Sign would require two variances to Chapter 694, to allow the Chief Building Official ("CBO") to issue the sign permit.
