Confirmed the Property Standards Order (March 5, 2024) for 4 Hill Heights Road, Folder Number: 24 120745 PRS 00 IV, and in doing so granted an extension of time to November 30, 2024. 2. Directed the Appellant to work with the Municipal Standards Officer to ensure immediate health and safety requirements are met by securing the roof of garage during this time, including hoarding and signage, by June 28, 2024.
