Ordered the Appellant to provide to the Municipal Standards Officer an engineering certificate from a licensed Professional Engineer as to the structural stability of the roof of the garage by June 28, 2024. 4. Directed that access to the garage is fully restricted and that the garage not be used for any reason during this time.
