City Council request the General Manager, Transportation Services to review and report back on the feasibility of amending Schedule B of the City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to exclude the development located at 759-763 Queen Street east from Permit Parking. an on-street parking permit and the building will be excluded from any on-street permit in the specified area.

I am writing to ask that you support a request for Transportation Services to report on realigning the permit parking area to exclude the development at 759-763 Queen Street East from the on-street permit parking program. The local permit parking area is in high demand already. Considering the provision of off-street parking at this development and the current permit parking pressures on local streets, I am asking for your support for this request.
