The purpose of this report is to respond to Toronto and East York Community Council's direction to review and report back on the realignment of Permit Parking Area 5E to exclude the development located at 64 Prince Arthur Avenue. Staff have determined the realignment of the Permit Parking Area 5E is feasible and has no objections to excluding the development located at 64 Prince Arthur Avenue.

Toronto and East York Community Council approve the amendment to Schedule B of the City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to incorporate a revised map of Permit Parking Area "5E", as shown in Attachment 1 of the report dated January 29, 2024 from the Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services, excluding the development currently located at 64 Prince Arthur Avenue.
