The Board confirms that this nominee is qualified to serve under the provisions of the City of Toronto's Public Appointments Policy and the Relationship Framework for Community Centre Boards of Management. This appointment is a result of the following public members ending their term on January, 25th, 2024: - Ken Posthill, is unable to complete her term of office ending June 30, 2024. On behalf of the Board, I respectfully request that the City take the necessary steps to appoint this nominated candidate.
