As the city filed it
My office heard from the Parent Advisory Council and the school administrators at Notre Dame and St John's Catholic Schools about congestion and parking issues on Lyall Avenue, at Wayland Avenue during morning drop-off. To rectify this, we are recommending the "No Stopping" regulation begin at 8:00 a.m., rather than 8:30 a.m..
