City Council amend Schedule B of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to incorporate a revised map of Permit Parking Area 5E, as shown in Attachment 1 to the report (September 6, 2024) from the Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services, excluding the development currently located at 906 Yonge Street and 25 McMurrich Street.

As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operate a transit service on Yonge Street, City Council approval of this report is required. The purpose of this report is to respond to City Council 's direction to review and report back on the realignment of Permit Parking Area 5E to exclude the development located at 906 Yonge Street and 25 McMurrich Street. Staff have determined that the realignment of the Permit Parking Area 5E is feasible and has no objections to excluding the development located at 906 Yonge Street and 25 McMurrich Street.
