It contains a total of 646 residential units and 352 hotel units, as well as 184 parking spaces (124 for residential and 60 for visitor/hotel use) within a four-level underground garage. The site is bounded by Adelaide Street West to the north, Widmer Street to the east and public lanes to the south and west.
