Requested City Council to direct the City Manager to report to Executive Committee in Q3 with a jurisdictional scan and recommendations required to initiate the creation of an Indigenous Member of Council. 2. City Council request the City Manager to report on the process of creating the Indigenous Member of Council to the Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee prior to submitting their report to Executive Committee.
