City Council waive Section 8.3, Short-listing Process, and Section 8.6, Interviewing Candidates, of the City of Toronto Public Appointments Policy and appoint the following candidate, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on November 15, 2028, and until a successor is appointed: Satish Kanwar 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1a and 1b to the report (October 7, 2025) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Global Board.
