Approved the Disaster Recovery Plan for Business Continuity, as outlined in Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (February 4, 2025) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live. 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1, 2 and 3 to the report (February 4, 2025) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential as it involves security of the property of the Board.
