City Council amend Zoning By-law 569-2013 for the lands municipally known as 2335 St Clair Avenue West substantially in accordance with the draft Zoning By-law Amendment included as Attachment 5 to the report (August 29, 2025) from the Director, Community Planning, Etobicoke York District. 2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the draft Zoning By-law Amendment as may be required.

This report recommends approval of the application to amend the Zoning By-law at 2335 St. Clair Avenue West to permit the development of an 11-storey residential building with a six-storey streetwall and stepbacks at levels seven, nine, ten and eleven. The proposal includes 72 residential units and 16 vehicular parking spaces.
