This Report provides a status update on the Lake Shore Boulevard West Study. The study area is generally bounded by Brown's Line to the west and Dwight Avenue to the east. The purpose of the study is to review the policies and guidelines relating to density, height, public realm, and other considerations for this Avenue. Given recent policy changes respecting Avenues and emerging Provincial policy direction, Staff are providing a Status Report to provide updated timelines for the study.
