City Council amend City of Toronto Zoning By-law 569-2013 for the lands municipally known as 16 Wilby Crescent substantially in accordance with the draft Zoning By-law Amendment included as Attachment 5 to the report (November 6, 2025) from the Director, Community Planning, Etobicoke York District. 2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the draft Zoning By-law Amendment as may be required.

City Council classify the lands municipally known as 16 Wilby Crescent as a Class 4 Noise Area pursuant to Publication NPC-300 (Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Environmental Noise Guideline - Stationary and Transportation Sources - Approval and Planning). 4. City Council direct the Executive Director, Development Review, or their designate, to forward a copy of the City Council Decision Document to the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks.
