City Council increase the 2025 Operating Budget for Non-Program on a one-time basis by $623,310.07 gross and $0 net, for the purpose of forwarding funds to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation for capital improvements to the playground, basketball court, and seated gathering place at the 90 Mornelle Court properties (Cost Centre: NP2161), fully funded by Section 37 and 45 community benefits obtained from the following developments: a.
