Vehicular ingress and egress to the Site is provided by a driveway via Broadlands Boulevard and parking is proposed in the rear of the Site at surface level, with 10 vehicular parking spaces, inclusive of 3 visitor parking spaces, and 22 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development is consistent with the Provincial Planning Statement (2024) and conforms to the City's Official Plan.
