The Toronto Parking Authority Board of Directors: 1. Structural repairs at Car Park 58 included concrete patching, waterproofing, and asphalt resurfacing were completed in the first half of 2025. Toronto Parking Authority is now prepared to advance to the modernization phase. This stage transitions Car Park 58 into Toronto Parking Authority's modernization (refurbishment) program which focuses on customer-centric enhancements including upgraded signage, façade improvements, modernized payment systems, EV charging infrastructure, elevator replacements, and refreshed interior finishes. The Request for Tender (RFT) was issued May 16, 2025, with three bids received by June 9, 2025.
