Approved CreateTO's 2025 Annual Objectives and the performance objectives for the Chief Executive Officer for 2025, as detailed in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (January 16, 2025) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO. 2. Directed the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO to replace Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (January 16, 2025) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO, to replace the names of the appropriate housing programs in the Description column.

3. Requested the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO to report back to the Board of Directors of CreateTO in 2025 if there are substantive updates to the Work Plan outlined in Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (January 16, 2025) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO, such as additional City Council direction on the implementation of the City's housing plan. 4. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (January 16, 2025) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO remain confidential in its entirety, as it deals with personal matters about an identifiable individual and deals with a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land(s) by the Board of Directors of CreateTO, and/or the City. 5. Directed that Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (January 16, 2025) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO remain confidential in its entirety, as it deals with a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land(s) by the Board of Directors or CreateTO, and/or the City.

Approve CreateTO's 2025 Annual Objectives and the performance objectives for the Chief Executive Officer for 2025, as detailed in Confidential Attachment 1. 2. Request that the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO, report back to the Board in 2025 if there are substantive updates to the Work Plan outlined in Confidential Attachment 2, such as additional City Council direction on the implementation of the City's housing plan.
