The Board of Directors of CreateTO: 1. Directed the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO, to continue to bring forward potential housing sites and opportunities to the City of Toronto ("City"), for consideration and decision, and advance work on housing opportunities at the direction of the City.

City Council on December 17 and 18, 2024, adopted Item EX19.1 as amended and, in so doing, has requested the Board of Directors of CreateTO to direct the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO to continue to bring forward potential housing sites and opportunities to the City of Toronto, for consideration and decision, and advance work on housing opportunities at the direction of the City.
