This report is in response to the motion passed at the CreateTO Board meeting on March 3, 2025 (Item RA17.3 ). CreateTO submitted a letter to the City Manager (March 5, 2025) requesting information about (i) the nature and extent of public consultations conducted and planned in relation to the City of Toronto's (the "City") Policy Framework - City Response to Demonstrations, and (ii) the level and scope of the City's consultation and engagement with Indigenous Peoples as part of this process, and (iii) the City's overall policy framework concerning engagement with Indigenous communities.
