The Board of Directors of CreateTO: 1. Directed the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO, together with relevant City staff, to explore and propose the repurposing of City-owned lands in the Liberty Village area for community services and facilities, which may include, a community recreation centre, a public library, a public school and/or a community hub, among other community uses, as part of the Liberty Village Regeneration Area Study.
