City Council, in December 2024, through item SC18.12, directed the Transit Expansion Division to report to Scarborough Community Council (SCC) with regular status updates on Metrolinx's Scarborough Subway Extension (SSE) project. The direction included a request for updates on construction milestones in order to provide transparency and timely communication on the project's progress. As directed, this semi-annual report provides a status update on the SSE and includes the following: 1.
