The Scarborough Community Council: 1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Courcelette Road, between Queen Street East and Windsor Avenue. 2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of three speed humps on Courcelette Road, between Queen Street East and Windsor Avenue, generally as shown on Attachment 2, Drawing Number TC-474, dated March 2025, attached to the report (May 20, 2025) from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.
