Transportation Services is recommending that overnight on-street permit parking be introduced on Northview Avenue from Victoria Park Avenue to Blantyre Avenue, 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., daily. Residents requested the implementation of overnight on-street permit parking on Northview Avenue from Victoria Park Avenue to Blantyre Avenue, to accommodate their parking needs.

Staff recommended

The Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council authorize parking by permit only from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the odd (south) side of Northview Avenue from Victoria Park Avenue to Blantyre Avenue. 2. Scarborough Community Council prohibit parking at all times on the north side of Northview Avenue between Victoria Park Avenue and Blantyre Avenue.
