The Scarborough Community Council: 1. Re-opened Item SC22.10, titled "Huntsmill Boulevard - Traffic Calming (Speed Humps)". 2. Amended its previous decision by adding the words "(south intersection)" to references of Bamburgh Circle, so that the decision reads as follows: "The Scarborough Community Council: 1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Huntsmill Boulevard, between Bamburgh Circle (south intersection) and Arnall Avenue.

Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of 14 speed humps on Huntsmill Boulevard, between Bamburgh Circle (south intersection) and Arnall Avenue, generally as shown on Attachments 2, 3, and 4, Drawings TC-480, TC-481, and TC-482, dated April 2025, attached to the report (April 11, 2025) from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services. 3. Subject to approval of Parts 1 and 2 above, reduced the speed limit from 40 km/h to 30 km/h on Huntsmill Boulevard, between Bamburgh Circle (south intersection) and Arnall Avenue, in conjunction with the installation of speed humps."
