The Scarborough Community Council: 1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Linton Avenue between Victoria Park Avenue and Blantyre Avenue. 2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of three speed humps on Linton Avenue between Victoria Park Avenue and Blantyre Avenue, generally, as shown on Attachment 2, Drawing TC-543, to the report (September 3, 2025) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.

Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Linton Avenue between Victoria Park Avenue and Blantyre Avenue.
