City Council prohibit pedestrian crossings on Milner Avenue, between the east curb line of Executive Court/Mid-Dominion Acres and a point 30.5 metres west of the west curb line of Executive Court/Mid-Dominion Acres, in conjunction with the installation of traffic control signals as set out in Part 1 above.
